What’s your return policy?

Returns are handled individually, generally we accept returns on items provided they are not a custom or one off request. Any damage in shipping will be covered by insurance, please contact us in the event of shipping related issues so that we can assist in any way with resolving your claim,


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We will ship to P.O. Boxes, business addresses, or anywhere the mail will deliver. Currently we do not ship outside of the US but we can make arrangements on orders over $50 depending on the payment method etc.


Do you have customer service?

Yes! The best way to contact us is via email, followed by our Facebook page and Etsy. *FYI* Etsy’s messaging system will look like a live chat session, however it is not. It is an email interface with a poorly designed user interface. We will reply to your question / request as soon as possible, We have limited availability throughout the day but will make every effort to reply as soon as possible. We are located in the US Eastern Time Zone so please keep that in mind when contacting us. Any emails / contact sent after hours will be replied to as soon as we receive it.
